Are you a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a new static site to work on in central Birmingham.

This brand new contract is based on a large site in the B3 postcode and my client is looking to recruit an on site Multi Skilled M&E Maintenance Engineer to cover planned and reactive maintenance to Mechanical and Electrical building services.

Working Hours are
08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday
08:00 - 16:00 Friday (38 Hour Week)

They are open to either an Electrically or Mechanically biased Engineer that will take ownership of the building and build a good relationship with the client and building manager.

Ideally you will have previous experience as a site engineer however they are also happy to consider mobile engineers that are looking to work on a static site.

Job Description/Duties:

  • Mechanical and Electrical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
  • Building Services tasks
  • Working as part of a maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
  • Emergency light testing
  • Changing lamps
  • AHUs PPMs
  • HVAC PPMs
  • Basic Fabric PPMs

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • C&G in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 18th edition desirable
  • HVAC Experience
  • F-gas desirable
