We have a brand new opportunity here at Havebury Housing, as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Electrician - Testing). The purpose of this role is to undertake repairs to electrical installations on mainly domestic properties located throughout East Anglia to a high standard and ensuring correctly certified.

Requirements

Outline of Key Responsibilities...

  • Ability to diagnose faults and rectify effectively. Repairs carried out on first visit wherever possible.
  • Where additional works are required, the ability to provide clear information as to work, duration and materials required.
  • Undertake basic works of other trades relative to work undertaken or, as directed by line manager
  • Comply with statutory and company health and safety regulations and policy
  • Inspection and testing of domestic properties

We are looking for someone who has...

  • Full driving licence
  • Good customer care skills
  • Competent user of I.T.
  • City and Guilds 2382 - 18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations or equivalent
  • City and Guilds 2360 - Parts 1 and 2, NVQ3 or equivalent
  • City and Guilds 2391 - Testing & Inspecting or equivalent
