This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Technician with experience in high-volume manufacturing to work for a globally recognised and profitable business.
The manufacturing plant has seen extensive investment in automation, new equipment and the training/development of the Maintenance Technicians, to continue to deliver a high-quality product to a global customer base.
The Role
Maintenance Technician is responsible for -
- Responding to breakdowns across all machines on site
- Carrying out fault finding activities around the plant, including use of PLCs
- Completing Planned Preventive Maintenance activities in a timely manner
- Involved in Equipment Commissioning and Installation Projects
- Support in the maintenance of robotics across the production facility
- Working a 2-shift pattern, Monday to Friday with opportunity for overtime
Person Specification
Maintenance Technician will have -
- Completed an approved multi-skilled apprenticeship
- Experience as a multi-skilled Maintenance Technician having worked in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Experience fault-finding and root cause analysis
- Highly motivated and the commitment to provide a high-quality maintenance service
- You will be confident in your abilities and be able to work well within a team
- Continuous improvement mindset, supporting the generation of practical engineering solutions
