We're partnering with a leading FS firm who are building a high-impact Growth Design Team. They're looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for innovation, rapid experimentation, and designing from 0-1.
Key Details:
* Day Rate: £450-£485/day (via umbrella)
* Location: Remote
* Length: 6-month initial contract
* Collaborate with Product Managers and Strategy Leads to identify growth opportunities
* Run experiments to validate hypotheses and user behaviours
* Conduct user research and testing across early-stage concepts
* Design clean, user-centric UIs using Figma and design systems
* Rapidly prototype and iterate based on user feedback and data
* Balance short-term tests with long-term product strategy
Required
* 5+ years' experience in product/UX/UI design
* Strong background in user research, design experimentation, and growth thinking
* Hands-on experience with Figma, design systems, and prototyping
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing
* Experience designing for both native mobile apps (iOS/Android) and responsive web
* Strong portfolio showcasing 0?1 thinking, not just visual polish

* Familiarity with experimentation tools (Maze, Optimizely, Mixpanel, etc.)
Prior work in innovation or R&D-focused product teams
