NPI Engineer

The hiring manager is looking for someone who has knowledge/experience within Injection Moulding, High Pressure Die Casting or Stamping.

You'll be working in their New Product Engineering team and working with European partners. You will also be proposing and managing the implementation of Kaizen activities for the Assembly and Product Engineering departments.

During your first few weeks in this NPI Engineer role, you can expect to begin working on some of the following:

• Coordinate, report, and introduce new products
• Provide support for completion of projects led by the centralized purchasing group
• Create, manage, and oversee project plans for all ongoing projects 
• Interpret supplier tooling condition reports and understand when escalation is required
• Analyse maintenance histories and improve moulds
