Ocean Imports Supervisor

90% sea import F

Reed Supply Chain & Procurement are now supporting an extremely busy Freight Forwarder in their search for another Import/Export Coordinator. 

This is a new requirement for them, you will already have experience in a similar Import/Export role in order to hit the ground running. 

Duties will include;

• Start to finish process.
• Receiving Pre-Aerts from Overseas Partners
• Booking jobs to our internal System
• Liaising with clients to collect any required documents.
• Preparing documents for customs clearance
• Arranging Deliveries
• Invoicing

What I need from you;

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Excellent Customer Service skills

High level of accuracy

Knowledge of the CDS system
