A family office based in West London is looking for a bright, organised and energetic Office Manager / Receptionist to join their team.

You will be the lynch pin to the team and at the heart of the business operations and activities. This is a multi-faceted role, as well as the day to day administration, there will be meeting and greeting and helping out the EAs with various projects.

Office Manager:

· Day to day running of office

· Arrange and oversee all maintenance requirements

· Point person for office requests

· Assist with all IT/Media issues

· Ad hoc research/support where necessary

Receptionist:

· Taking of all calls

· Greeting all visitors/signing-in, provide refreshments

· Manage all orders for the office - water, milk, cleaning equipment, stationary etc

· Arrange couriers, taxis

· Book all meeting rooms/arrange media requirements
