Operations Assistant - Repack Department (Heysham)

Our client, based in Heysham, is currently looking for an Operations Assistant to join their team. With pay at £12 per hour, this is an exciting opportunity for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick products, label them accurately, and ensure smooth movement for despatch
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse
  • Perform quality checks and handle products with utmost care

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Proficient in PC skills, especially spreadsheets, and experience with ERP/MRP systems is ideal but basic computer skills would be necessary
