Operations Assistant
This opportunity will suit someone who is really interested in a career in insurance, BUT is a bit of a blank canvas, with no expectations of direction at this stage! The reason ? So many candidates decide early on they want to be an Underwriter, or a Claims Adjuster, but actually have no real understanding of what the job entails, they just think it would be good!!
This role offers a genuine career opportunity to join a fairly young, dynamic and entrepreneurial MGA, who have been expanding steadily over the past few years. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff on a variety of projects within the operations area, underwriting operations, data capture, data analytics and reporting, developing broker relationships and generally providing administrative support across the underwriting portfolio.
Could be an excellent opening for a graduate with some administrative experience within insurance, or in a corporate business, someone who is interested in the market, and really open to a role which will develop and continually grow over a steady period of time. Fantastic working environment, lots of fun.
This is not a hybrid role - its 5 days a week in the office - in the middle of the insurance hub, very near to Lloyd's. Exciting opportunity with genuine opportunity.
