Operations Director

A newly created role of Operations Director for a successfully growing Bedford based Services organisation.

This Bedford based organisation stands poised to take advantage of a multitude of paths for growth, with a current headcount of 40, and the plan being to grow to 80 within the next 12-18 months.

This Operations Director role is created to be the linchpin between the Managing Director, and the rest of the organisation covering functions such as sales, compliance, delivery, accounts, data and IT.

As such, this will be a very varied role, that will require genuine problem solving skills, as well as an ability to want to throw yourself, with passion and energy, into every area of the business.

Your role will be integral in ensuring the processes and systems are in place to cater for such rapid growth, as well as helping this Bedford company to transition through this phase.
