What you will be doing:
- General office support, e.g. scanning, binding documents, downloading reports
- Order stationery and other office supplies
- Order lunch daily
- Organise couriers/post
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organise and coordinate team meetings
- Deal with any queries on phone and emails
- Handling IT issues
- Provide general support to visitors
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook - including calendar management)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Super personable and excellent customer service skills
- Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
This is a permanent role, 5 days in the office.
