We are recruiting for an Orders Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis to join a well-established luxury manufacturing company based near Yardley Birmingham.
The purpose of the is role is to process sales and purchase orders efficiently whilst working to tight deadlines. You will liaise with suppliers and hauliers providing clear and concise communication to all customers and departments. This position offers hybrid working and has free parking is available.
Key responsibilities as an Orders Coordinator will include:
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers by telephone and email.
  • Accurately place orders with suppliers.
  • Arrange cost effective international transportation of orders to the UK.
  • Preparation of documentation.
  • Continuously monitor all stock levels.
  • Process sales returns.
To be considered for the role of Orders Coordinator, you will need:
  • Experience in a similar order processing role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated self-starter, with a positive, professional attitude, strong work ethic, and critical attention to detail
  • Evidence of strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Previous experience of SAP is preferred but not essential.
