Overheating Assessor - Remote

This is the exciting opportunity for an ambitious Overheating Assessor to join an award-winning sustainability consultancy and help provide highly technical expertise to the property and construction industry.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Producing Overheating TM52, TM59, and Part O assessments
  • Thermal Modelling, overheating and thermal comfort analysis using IES software
  • Energy assessments and modelling improvements
  • Provide consultancy on building design so it is in line with Part L
  • Working with clients and project team to ensure sustainability requirements are achieved throughout development

Requirements for an Overheating Assessor include:

  • Good level of general education in regard to English and Maths and be computer literate
  • Experience with IES for overheating analysis including TM59 and TM52
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
