This role entails providing solid administrative and PA support whilst also taking on the responsibility of managing admissions within an education setting. The suitable candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to multitask, and have a keen eye for detail, ideally having worked within Education previously.

Client Details

This is a well-established, large scale organisation within the Education and Training sector. With a proud history of delivering top-notch care, they are constantly seeking to improve and expand their services, making this an exciting opportunity to join their supportive team. They are currently looking for a PA & Admissions Officer to join their team on an immediate basis. The role will initially be temporary for at least 8 weeks with potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The role is based in Quidenham, Norfolk.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.
  • Act as first point of contact for the Principal
  • Manage the admissions process, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times, adhering to data protection policies.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operation.
  • Support the wider team with any administrative tasks as required.
  • Administrative support to the senior leadership team

Profile

A successful PA and Admissions Officer should have:

  • A strong background in a similar role within the education and training sector.
  • The company will carry out an enhanced DBS check following a successful placement (required)
  • Excellent administrative skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  • A proactive approach, with a willingness to assist the wider team.
  • Live locally to Quidenham, Norfolk
