Exciting Opportunity for Family PA

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Family PA seeking a new challenge? Our client, a professional/commercial company based on the outskirts of Chichester and is looking for a Permanent PA to join the team . If you are highly organized and proactive, with excellent computer skills along with relevant senior level PA / EA experience then we want to hear from you!



Requirements:

  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Discretion and respect for confidential information
  • An interest about Country Life is an advantage
  • Competent computer skills including Excel
  • Ability to be flexible, reliable and work independently



Responsibilities:

  • Organising and arranging diaries
  • Organising social events
  • Arranging travel, visas, and hotels
  • Maintaining records and contact lists
  • Establishing and maintaining an electronic filing system
  • Maintaining Secretary's account

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 plus a company pension, mileage allowance for business use of your own car, and a holiday allowance of 20 days plus Bank Holidays, which increases to 22 days after two years in the position. The position is full-time from Monday to Friday (10am-6pm, with 1-hour lunch break), with the occasional requirement to work out of hours and occasional travel to the London office.
