Location: Crewe

This is a band 6 position

Shift pattern: Tuesday-Thursday, 8:30-16:30

Start date: 21/05/24-26/09/24

Job description:

  • To provide clinical OT assessment and intervention for people aged 0-19.
  • Mix of clinical and community work, meaning a car driver is essential for this role
  • Need to have an understanding of the Education health and care plan process
