We're thrilled to partner with a prominent, long-standing company in Leyland, Preston. With their consistent success, they're on the lookout for a skilled Paint Sprayer/Powder Coater to join their team.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Pain Sprayer/Powered Coater to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used for applying pain or powder coatings to various surfaces. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate pain spraying or powder coating equipment.
Prepare surfaces and apply coatings.
Monitor quality and perform maintenance.
Ensure safety and meet production goals.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in pain spraying or powder coating.
Attention to detail and quality.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Physical stamina for repetitive tasks and lifting.
