North Oxford - £40-50K depending on experience.

An Oxfordshire based financial advisory firm who strongly believe in providing the best bespoke advice to clients and looking to recruit an experienced paraplanner. The company who are passionate about what they do, and have a close knit stable team are looking for someone who places a high value on working culture and environment.

Supporting advisors who offer lifestyle financial planning to a select client base you will have an opportunity to be fully involved in the financial planning process.

Specific duties will include -

  • Preparing for client meetings, attending client meetings and establishing relationships with clients.
  • Preparing cashflow forecasts and analysis.
  • Researching client portfolios, producing reports, analysis and notes making client recommendations.
  • Building financial plans and strategies to be presented to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Working closely with the administrative support team to provide excellent client management.
  • Ensuring all compliance, legislative, regulatory and best standards are managed.
  • Work with the business to develop new and innovative ideas.

To apply for the position you must be diploma qualified and have worked in a similar role. You will need to demonstrate knowledge of investment, pension, tax and estate planning and be willing and able to manage client relationships.
