Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Salary: £26000-£28000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for a detail-orientated and passionate Part 2 Architectural Assistant with creative design flare to join an award winning, RIBA chartered practice in Newcastle. The team has a dynamic portfolio with projects spanning the Education, Heritage, Residential and Industrial sectors and have a variety of new, exciting projects on the horizon.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have sufficient experience, excellent technical abilities, and the motivation to progress their career. The practice has a strong focus on ensuring a great work life balance and creating a sociable and friendly office.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • UK based industry experience (this can be as a Part 1)
  • Able to work successfully as part of a team or independently
  • Good working knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Strong technical abilities
  • Able to work within project deadlines, completing work to the highest standard
  • Be involved in the coordination of designs with other members of your team
  • Local to Newcastle upon Tyne
  • Revit knowledge is essential.
