Salary Expectations: £25000-£28000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for a motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant with creative design flare to join a RIBA chartered practice in Leeds. The friendly team works across Commercial, Industrial and Transport projects and provide high quality, client-led designs to ensure expectations are always exceeded. The practice mostly works with repeat clients and has an excellent reputation across the UK.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have sufficient industry experience and will have the motivation to learn and desire to grow their career. You should boast strong technical abilities and have keen eye for detail.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Sufficient post Part 2 qualification experience
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Keen eye for detail and creative design flare
  • Experience working on transport projects is beneficial
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Motivated to progress and develop your career
  • AutoCAD, Sketchup and Revit knowledge is beneficial
  • Able to work effectively independently or in a team environment
  • Local to Leeds
