Salary: £28000-£32000

I am looking for an ambitious and creative Part 2 Architectural Assistant with a drive to succeed to join a friendly team in Essex. The practice creates innovative and client-led designs across Retail, Leisure and Residential projects of all scales. They pride themselves on having an excellent reputation across the UK and have clients that return to them again and again.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant should have sufficient post Part 2 retail experience and will be confident in their abilities. The practice would like to train the right candidate to run jobs and will support them throughout their career. You should boast creative design flare and will have strong technical abilities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Sufficient post Part 2 qualification experience
  • Previous work across retail projects
  • Confidence to learn and progress your career
  • Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Excellent technical abilities
  • Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Living in the Essex area
  • Good knowledge of a range of industry standard software
  • Able to work well independently or as part of a team
