This established multidisciplinary practice with a 50+ year history now has an opportunity for a Part II/ Part III to join their Beckenham team.

They have a lovely office culture and have adapted to 'blend' office and home working to provide work/life balance for all the staff. Alongside a competitive salary between £26,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience), they offer a range of benefits and the opportunity for career progression as the practice continues to grow.

They are looking for candidates who:

  • Have an interest in working with historic buildings or conservation projects within the UK
  • Have some experience working on all RIBA work stages
  • Can demonstrate some experience in technical detailing
  • Have an understanding of UK planning and listed building consent policies
  • Have an understanding of current building regulations, processes and requirements in the UK
  • Experience of AutoCAD and Revit is essential. Experience with Twinmotion is an advantage
  • Happy to be involved with laser scanning
  • Happy to get involved in Retrofit and Refurbishments projects.
