Part Time Co-ordinator

We are seeking an Admin Co-ordinator to support a client 3 days a week; until the end of July.  The ideal days; are Monday and Wednesday and any other. 
Rate depending Experience £15-18an hour 

Who will you be working for?
Our client is a reputable not for profit media group located in Central London. 
Hybrid working  

What will you be doing?
  • To contribute to the smooth and effective operation of the client by providing a range of excellent administrative, co-ordination and support functions.
  • To act as the first port of call and support on a range of issues including reporting, planning and budgets and to handle incoming enquiries appropriately
  • To share information across internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
  • To contribute to the writing of reports, status updates and other key documentation
  • To coordinate and service internal and external meetings – responsibilities for which include sharing any relevant information prior to the meeting, taking minutes and ensuring action points are followed up and delivered as appropriate
About You
  • An understanding of audience development for cultural activities and/or knowledge of the wider film industry.
  • Excellent administrative experience with a thorough knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel and a working knowledge of presentation packages.
  • Experience and understanding of working with budgets, data and spreadsheets.
  • Proven experience of writing clearly for a range of contexts and stakeholders
  • Seeking Work 3 days a week
