A fantastic close-knit firm with offices based in Sheldon are looking for a hard-working individual with experience within a legal secretarial capacity on a part time basis working 22 hours a week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). Specifically within the conveyancing department of the firm, this is a diverse and varied role in which you can determine the scope of your position and develop your skills through autonomous and team based tasks. You will ideally possess secretarial skills and will be comfortable with the following:

  • Effective communication with the wider team and line managers in order to provide departmental updates

  • Understand and manage conflicting needs and priorities in order to support several fee earners simultaneously

  • Management of client relationships through utilisation of case management systems, effective communication and query handling

  • Production of documentation on behalf of the fee earners

  • Paralegal related responsibilities

You must have experience within a legal role and possess the desire to work full-time for a well respected national firm. You must have prior Conveyancing experience. This business is accessible by public transport and there is parking on site. The role is fully office based.
