Part Time Office Administrator – Rochester – £25,000 FTE (Tuesday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm)
  
This role also has the potential to develop and increase in responsibilities and hours – INTERVIEWING NOW!

We have a wonderful new role for a part time Office Administrator to support a highly successful global supplier on their expansion in the food industry.
  
You will be will very much hands on and involved across the business, assisting with incoming phone enquiries, email correspondence, data entry, maintaining office supplies and stationery stock and helping with boxing up of customer orders from time to time as needed.
  
About you:
  • Sound administration experience.
  • Flexible, energetic and proactive approach.
  • Very much ‘hands on’ and happy to assist where required.
  • Strong IT skills particularly in Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with client phone and email enquiries.
  • Highly collaborative team player with an easy going personality.
