One of our longest standing clients, a multi award winning and multi sited firm of independent Chartered Financial Planners are now actively recruiting for a talented Part Time Private Client Administrator/PA. Having been established for over 30 years, they have an enviable record of winning awards, based on their truly client centric approach to highly technical and non-jargon based holistic Advice. Over the years that we have supported them with their recruitment needs, we have seen them grow consistently year on year, by nurturing and developing their staff, offering them careers rather than jobs.

Due to expansion, they have now created a hybrid, part time Private Client Administrator position that works closely with the Senior Private Client Administrator to assist maintaining and controlling the annual suitability review schedule. Part of the role is to provide exceptional quality PA and general administrative support to the Private Client Director of a busy team. Our client is looking for a candidate who has; exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and to use their initiative to achieve great outcomes for clients and the team. Ideally, they would like someone that has 2 years’ experience within a similar role within an IFA.
