Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Harpenden
Salary: £29,000
 
We're in search of a Payroll Administrator to join a prominent accountancy firm situated in the heart of Harpenden.

Primary Duties:
  • Handling weekly and monthly payrolls for a client portfolio.
  • Employing manual calculations for system verifications or client inquiries.
  • Efficiently prioritizing and planning workload.
  • Generating quarterly and annual fee invoices.
  • Directly communicating with clients both in-person and via phone.
  • Reporting to the Payroll Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Sage.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to function effectively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive and positive approach.
