Payroll Administrator
Simpson Judge is supporting a business based in based in Central Manchester, who are looking to recruit Payroll Administrators. There are plenty of development and progression opportunities either in leadership or in the Accounts department.
This is a permanent position, working on site 5 days a week, with some flexibility in start and finish times. There are part time vacancies available and an early finish on Fridays!
Salary: £23,500 - £28,000
Roles/ Responsibilities
- Process timesheets and invoices
- Liaison with HMRC on behalf of clients
- Statutory payments - Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, PAYE and National Insurance
- Payroll query management
- Handle payment issues and prepare payroll reports
Skills/ Experience
- Understanding of UK Payroll
- Adaptable
- Great attention to detail
- Background in Accountancy Practice or Payroll Bureau would be an advantage
