Payroll Administrator

My client is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and addressing employee payroll queries. This role requires collaboration with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Day to day of the role:
  • Process payroll for employees accurately and within the required time frame.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to payroll.
  • Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update payroll records and generate reports for record-keeping and analysis.
  • Work closely with HR and finance teams to align payroll processing with overall business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle queries and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
