Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days work from home)

We are collaborating with a leading UK client based in Coleshill to find a meticulous Payroll Administrator. This vital role within the finance team focuses on ensuring precise and punctual payroll processing. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in payroll administration, complemented by a comprehensive understanding of statutory legislation and compliance standards.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Process monthly payroll for approximately 1800 colleagues and 350 pensioners.
• Handle various deductions including DEO, AEO, and CMS.
• Administer schemes such as Cycle to Work, company car data for P11D production, and Private Health Scheme.
• Update pension scheme data, including salary sacrifice adjustments.
• Reconcile month-end deductions/earnings and manage inter-company transfers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Solid experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Knowledge of NMW, statutory legislation, tax, NI thresholds, and CMS/DEA/AEO deductions.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel 
• Experience with car schemes and pensioner payroll.
• Desirable qualification of AAT Level 1.
