This position is for a fully on-site role, based on an Inside of IR35 basis, and is a 10-month contract over a 22.5-hour week
The Payroll Data Coordinator will :
Data Entry: Accurately input and update information into computer programs or databases.
File Assessment: Evaluate files to determine the necessary data for entry and identify the appropriate location.
Source Data Preparation: Compile and organise information, establishing entry priorities.
Adherence to Instructions: Follow verbal and written instructions meticulously.
Data Integrity: Maintain data entry requirements by applying established techniques and procedures.
Problem Identification: Capable of identifying issues and problems, although assistance may be needed for resolution.
Leadership and Mentorship: Able to manage, train, and mentor other office staff.
Project Leadership: Take the lead on projects.
Confidentiality Handling: Manage confidential and sensitive data.
The rate for this will reflect the scope and significance of the client in their sector.
