Job Title:         Pedagogy Lead: PSHE

Location:         Regional within England / homebased / travel to schools as necessary

Salary:             Up to £40,000 plus £3,000 Car Allowance plus paid travel expenses 

Hours:             37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 

Contract:         Permanent 

About the role

Are you an inspirational, driven, and knowledgeable Teacher/Trainer who is looking to make a positive difference to the lives of our pupils? If you have specialised in PHSE, have a keen eye for detail and are able to influence your peers by advising, training and adapting to different learning styles, we would love to hear from you.

Outcomes First Group are looking for a resilient, positive, and energetic Pedagogy Lead to join our Central Team. In this role you will be responsible for helping Schools which may need support with teaching, implementing new strategies, Curriculum design and reviewing ECP’s and training. 

If you are an excellent teacher with a background in training and you want to develop and progress to the next level, this role will help you do it. You will travel to various Autism or SEMH schools across the UK, who need support, advice and training always putting our pupil’s wellbeing, learning and care at the forefront of everything we do.

When you aren’t on the road, this will be a home-based role, but please keep in mind, you may be required to be in Scotland one week and Cornwall the next. There will be a lot of travel within this role, however, the experience you will develop from supporting different schools with a variety of pupils, will really shape your career in Education. This role could set you up to develop into an Assistant Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher or above.

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualified Teaching Status with minimum 3 years teaching experience
  • Able to review processes, teaching and curriculums and confidently, but respectfully, impact change
  • Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Able to travel with short notice, across the UK
