We are currently recruiting for the role of a People Manager. Join a leading organisation who provides consultancy services for events, sports, and leisure industries.

What You Can Expect

  • Location - London (Hybrid - 2/3 days a week)
  • Salary - Up to £50,000

Main Responsibilities of a People Manager

  • Coordinate the hiring process from role design to candidate sourcing, ensuring positive candidate experiences and sound hiring decisions.
  • Generate employment documentation and maintain HRIS accuracy.
  • Coordinate internal team member relocations and visa applications.
  • Implement effective People compliance procedures and update policy documentation.
  • Administer rewards and benefits, including liaising with brokers for insured benefits.
  • Foster team engagement and culture development through feedback analysis and communication suggestions.
  • Support managers in team wellbeing and provide guidance for optimal team experiences.
  • Assist in establishing tools and processes for project team mobilization.
  • Optimise the Associate Network and develop project leaders’ capability for a great Associate experience.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Significant experience in a human resources management, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
  • Educated to degree level or above, ideally with membership of a relevant professional body (eg CIPD)
  • Experience of HR information systems, we use Breathe HR and Worksuite.
  • Proficient in the use of IT and Microsoft programmes and iOS applications.
