Description

  • Welcoming and directing visitors by maintaining a warm and professional demeanour
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Maintaining security by controlling access via the reception desk
  • Performing administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
  • Updating calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail and deliveries
  • Maintaining a clean reception area and conference rooms
  • Supporting the secretarial and business support team as required

Profile

A successful Perm Receptionist should have:

  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A high level of discretion for handling confidential information
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Experience in a receptionist or front office role
