£50,000 plus 33 days holiday, travel to work paid for!

My client is one of the UK electrical and mechanical companies in the UK and they are currently recruiting an experienced Personal Assistant to support their CEO.


Main Duties will include.

  • Organise travel arrangements, Itineraries, events, management meetings, collation of agenda's reports and presentations.
  • Arrange all internal and external meetings/VCs across different time zones.
  • Schedule and confirm all business meetings.
  • Organise events, restaurant bookings, Personal travel.
  • Take on a variety of personal projects.

    Person specification:
  • Experience within an PA role at Senior Level with solid mix of personal and business experience.
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organisational skills and be able to prioritise a busy workload and work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • This role requires someone who is tactful, super-efficient and flexible with a Can do attitude.
  • Detail Oriented, strong business sense and meticulous.
  • Excellent computer skills - MS word/outlook/excel/PowerPoint
