Personal Assistant - Legal

Reed are working with a national Law Firm with an office based in Central Bristol, recruiting for a number of Personal Assistant roles on a full time, permanent basis.

We’re open on where your PA experience has come from. Law, professional services, insurance, finance, property, healthcare would be advantageous.

You’ll be supporting lawyers with their day to day workload, supporting as part of a team of PA’s, travel arranging, diary management, and other more industry specific duties dependent on department you’re joining

Hybrid: Mixture of home and office working

Hours: Operate between 8 and 6, but mostly working 9 – 5.15, with the odd early or later start to help out as a team (8-4.15, 9.45-6)

Requirements:

Experience as a Personal Assistant

Exposure to professional services, legal or other sectors

Competent user of Word, Outlook and Excel

Able to work to deadlines

Prioritise own workload effectively

Strong communicator

Ability to support a range of important stakeholders
