I am seeking a talented Pre Litigation Personal Injury Fee Earner to join a well established team based in Liverpool. As a leading legal practice in the North West, they specialise in various areas including Personal Injury, Defamation, Clinical Negligence, Professional Negligence, and Abuse. My Client is seeking an experienced individual in personal injury law who possesses the capability to independently manage a caseload. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, demonstrating exceptional communication and negotiation skills. While thriving in a team environment, they should also exhibit the ability to work autonomously when necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring clients receive timely and professional legal advice.
