Position: Personal Injury Locum
Location: Macclesfield
Salary: £30-£40 per hour
Duration: 3 - 6 months

CRA Consulting is pleased to present a valuable opportunity for a Personal Injury Locum Fee Earner in Macclesfield. This position offers the chance to join a leading firm specialising in compensation for a variety of claims, including hearing loss, industrial disease, medical negligence, professional negligence, injuries at work, housing disrepair, Japanese knotweed, and protective awards. The ole is offered on a locum basis initially for up to 6 months due to the firm acquiring some new files.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be part of our client's Road Traffic Accident team, renowned for its supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

* Manage cases effectively, with a deep understanding of statutory legislation, Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), and relevant case law.
* Demonstrate expertise in litigation and personal injury claims management.
* Support team objectives while efficiently handling high-pressure, high-volume litigated caseloads.
* Ensure deadlines are met with excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Provide exceptional legal advice with a strong focus on client care.
Desired Skills and Experience:

* Experience with credit hire is beneficial but not mandatory.
* Demonstrated success in litigation and a proven track record in personal injury.
* Proficient in IT and possessing superior communication skills for effective management and client interactions.
* Knowledgeable in compliance, codes of conduct, and accounts rules.

* Personable, hardworking, and conscientious.
* Self-motivated with a keen focus on personal and team development.
Compensation:

* Salary will be based on experience but between £30 and £40 per hour
