Role: Personal Injury Locum
Location: Sheffield, United Kingdom
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 4 weeks possibly longer
Hourly Rate: £35 - £42 per hour
Work Environment: Office-based

Role Overview:
CRA Consulting is urgently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Personal Injury Litigator for a locum position to cover a period of staff sickness. This temporary role is office-based in Sheffield and is available for immediate start.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in the management and preparation of personal injury cases from inception to completion.
* Prepare legal documents, including claims forms and court documents, under the supervision of attorneys.
* Conduct legal research relevant to case specifics and develop litigation strategies.
* Maintain communication with clients, updating them on their case status and managing their expectations.
* Ensure compliance with all legal protocols and deadlines.

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Personal Injury Litigator.
* In-depth knowledge of personal injury law and courtroom procedures.
* Strong organizational, research, and communication skills.
* Capable of working under pressure in a dynamic environment.
* High degree of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
