Phase Leader - Key Stage 1

• As phase leader you will lead either the Key Stage 1 phase team or the year 3+4 team.
• Take charge of class-based responsibilities while overseeing the overall progress and development of the designated phase.
• Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to phase team members, including a dedicated trainee.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum alignment and the delivery of high-quality education.
• Implement strategies to promote a positive learning environment and student engagement.
• Monitor and assess student progress, implementing interventions as necessary to support individual needs.
• Contribute to the wider school community through participation in meetings, events, and continuous professional development opportunities.
