Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Council based in the Midlands in the search for an experienced Locum Planning and Regulatory Team Leader.  This post can be full-time or part -time position where you will be managing a team of 6 people whilst handling a variety of planning and regulatory matters.

Duties may include:

• Negotiating and drafting a range of legal documents including section 106 agreements
• Undertook advocacy at planning inquiries and hearings    
• Regular attendance at planning and licensing committees as legal advisor     
• Building relationships with the Organisation’s clients and partnerships to optimise the provision of legal services
• To provide high level/professional advice and guidance on planning and associated legal matters
• Dealing with enforcement advice matters relating to planning law
• Advising and representing clients in negotiations and discussions with third parties in planning matters and legal practice areas relevant to the post

This post  can be full- time (37 hours per week) or part-time, (30 hours per week) on a remote basis offering up to £70 per hour Umbrella.
