Skills and Experience Required: I am seeking Solicitors with 2+ years PQE, but also welcome applications from CILEX or Senior Paralegals with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Essential requirements include Police Station Representative Accreditation, a clean driving license, and access to a vehicle for work purposes. Successful candidates will demonstrate:
  • Thorough knowledge of criminal law, including PACE
  • Experience advising at Police Stations
  • Proficiency in case preparation and court advocacy
  • Ability to assess the need for experts, agents, or counsel
  • Understanding of Legal Aid Agency Franchise requirements Experience in Police misconduct matters is a plus!
