Portfolio Manager

Our client provides free property education to hundreds of thousands of property investors every year.

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now searching for ambitious, dynamic Portfolio Managers to join their team!

Role:

  • Build sales opportunities for the company through generating new business via the phone, email and social media
  • Act as the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each individual prospect moving forward
  • Introduce and advise clients on all the fantastic investment opportunities
  • Suggest strategies to help clients realise their goals and grow their property portfolio
  • Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all sales related activity is input accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Passion for property
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
