We are currently seeking dedicated individual to join our client’s team as Poultry Farm Worker. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the thriving agricultural industry.
No experience required as our client provides all the training you'll need. All you need is a dedication to hard work, attention to detail, a full driving license and flexibility to work weekends.
As a valued member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and welfare of premium breeding stock.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensure poultry health, nutrition, and environment meet high standards.
- Prevent, diagnose, and treat poultry health issues while maintaining biosecurity protocols.
- Maintain strict hygiene practices to prevent disease transmission.
- Keep accurate records and maintain farm cleanliness.
- Adhere to farm health and safety rules for a safe working environment.
- Annual salary equivalent of £32,500
- Additional pay for overtime and weekend work.
- Generous 32 days' holiday, including Bank Holidays.

- No previous poultry experience necessary.
- Positive approach to learning and working as part of a team.
- Ability to work efficiently and use initiative.
