About the Role:

Join a dynamic team ready to tackle the next challenge in digital transformation. We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Engineer to work on an exciting new health-tech application. Utilize the Microsoft Power Platform, the modern M365 stack, and other internal applications to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop no code/low code solutions using the Power Platform, M365, and other applications as needed.
• Support the delivery of an internal business case management solution for our Care Division.
• Implement automations with Power Automate to enhance business efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Communicate new functionality to non-technical users and contribute to process and training materials.
• Contribute to system reporting.

Key Skills:

• Demonstrable experience in a relevant environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Power Platform, Advanced Excel, and M365.
• Ability to engage with staff at all levels and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong organizational, communication, influencing, and time management skills.
• Professional attitude, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Consistently deliver accurate and high-quality work.
• Proactive in proposing and supporting ideas, as well as advising and mentoring others.
• Project and deadline-driven.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

Essential:

• Power Apps - Building Model driven and Canvas apps.
• Power Automate Cloud.
• Advanced Excel.
• M365.

Desirable:

• Business process analysis, improvement, and re-engineering.
• SharePoint.
• Power Automate Desktop.
• Power BI or other reporting experience.
