As an Early Career Teacher (ECT) joining this dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, potentially teaching Year 3 or Year 5. You will work closely with experienced educators who are dedicated to supporting your development and ensuring you have a successful start to your teaching career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of your students
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources
- Utilise assessment data to inform instructional decisions and track student progress
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
