Primary Teacher
Primary School Teacher required to work in a selection of excellent primary schools in Greater Manchester. A great opportunity for an ECT wanting to gain experience and confidence across different year groups while potentially getting a foot in the door for a long-term teaching role!
Do you have good subject knowledge and a confident approach to your class teaching? Have you considered supply teaching? Many ECTs start off on supply, gain excellent experience and ultimately find their dream permanent role. Supply teaching is an ideal way for ECTs to secure regular teaching work, try different schools and prove their teaching skills to new schools.
You can start teaching on supply as soon as you finish your PGCE next month. You can take a permanent position at any point so supply teaching provides security of work along with the flexibility of still being able to apply for permanent teaching roles.
To be eligible to apply, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Primary PGCE and experience teaching in UK primary schools
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Professional references covering the last 2 full years
Dedicated primary will support you on every step of the registration.
