Here at Searchability NS&D we are recruiting Software Engineers for a globally renowned consultancy in Manchester to work on a portfolio of public and private sector projects. Our clients work across a range of industries, supporting both small and large clients using cutting edge technology. Due to the nature of work our client do, you must be willing and eligible to go through levels of UK Gov Security clearance.

WHAT WILL THE SOFTWARE ENGINEER BE DOING?

We are looking for talented software engineers with an interest in Public Sector work to join our clients highly skilled engineering teams specialising in agile custom software development. You will be working with cutting edge technology and given the opportunity for multiple paid training opportunities and certifications. Paid certifications can be done during your working week as the client allows extra days on top of your holidays for this training.

THE SOFTWARE ENGINEER SHOULD HAVE….

• Willingness and eligible for UK Gov Security Clearance
• Senior level experience with Java.
• Experience with range of Java frameworks and messaging services.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Database development (SQL Server or PostGreSQL preferred).

Experience of the following would be beneficial:

• Amazon Web Services.
• C# and/or C++.
• .Net (standard or Core).
