A leading Northampton printing business is recruiting for Finishing and Die Cutting Operators who will be working on an 8-hour shift pattern.

THE ROLE:
You will have responsibility for:
  • Running some of the following: Folders, Stitching Line, Guillotines, Cylinder and or a Flatbed Die Cutting Machine with stripping unit.
  • Achieving daily production plan.
  • Monitoring and controlling quality
  • General housekeeping duties and ensure machine is clean and safe.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Your experience is likely to include some or all of the following:
  • Previous experience in some or all of the machines listed above.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills, whilst working under pressure
  • Experience of working within a team
SALARY:
  • Dependent on experience
