Legal Secretary – Private Client
Chichester - Office Based 
£22,000 - £30,000

Delighted to be working with one of Chichester's leading Legal Firms to find a Legal Secretary to join their Private Client Team in an exciting position based in Chichester. With modern offices close by to commuter links, and an extremely competitive salary, this is an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Legal Secretary looking for a new opportunity in Chichester.

The Role of a Private Client Legal Secretary:
- Providing full support in Private Client department to Partners / Legal Advisors in a Secretarial capacity with some of the main duties including –
- Diary management
- Email management
- Draft email / correspondence
- Audio Typing
- Opening / Closing of files
- Preparation of expense claims
- Liaising with clients in person and over the phone
- Travel booking
- Preparing bundles
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries

Skills and Qualifications of a Private Client Legal Secretary:
- Previous Legal secretarial experience 
- Excellent document production skills
- Self motivated
- Minimum 60wpm typing speed
- Methodical and organised approach
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Ability to prioritise
- Be pro-active and deliver quality service to clients
